FEW GOOD PRAYERS
Everyday I recite 3 following prayers in my mother tongue GUJARATI.
I have tried to translate them in ENGLISH.
(1) I have seen this prayer in one of our T.V. advertisement.
Before lunch or dinner :
THANK YOU GOD FOR THE FOOD WE EAT
THANK YOU GOD FOR A LOVELY TREAT
(2) In the morning :
MY LORD , MAY TODAY A HAPPY , FRUITFUL, POSPORUS,
HEALTHY DAY FOR ME , FOR MY FAMILY , FOR MY FRIENDS
AND FOR THE MANKIND .
MAY THE GOOD THOUGHTS AND GOOD NEWS COME FROM
ALL THE DIRECTIONS.
(3) Any Time :
MY LORD GIVE ME A GOOD SENSE SO THAT,
I KEEP ON DOING NOBLE WORKS
NEVER EVEN THINK TO HURT ANYBODY
I DEVOTE ALL MY DEEDS TO YOU.
ALL MY WORRIES ARE YOURS AND
RESPONSIBILITY TO FULFIL ALL MY WISHES
IS ALSO YOURS .

do try to speak this and ask following...... questions to your self ..
see that each om is pronounced for at least 10 seconds...
-is air going in or coming out ?
-if voice is following air or against the air ?
-when pronounce m insinusses and ecoh type effect is felt..!!!
-if vocal cords are o k lungs fine it tones the tiny muscle nicely....
-our hindu

no matter what medium yr kids are in school .... if devnagari lipi is taught initially it will give best excercise also add them to all k kha ga gha cha chha ja jha T Th D Dh N t th d dh n y r l v s sh Sh h L x GN or GY !!! some other day with this kakko ! as if placed and read transversely vertically it has a marvelous speciality for articulation in speech all our prayers no matter what is the relegion !!! do have these kind of words ... as we do devotionally mind also is helped to concentrate and to do better GOOD WORK KEEP IT UP...
